The show management reserves the right to accept or refuse an exhibitor's application request and may alter the floor plan at their discretion. All booths come with 1 power outlet. No tables or chairs are provided free or with the booth. Purchase of these items will be sent out with a link at a later date.

All applications and deposits must be received by Dec. 1st, 2024 or you will lose your space.

All vendors must be loaded in by 7:00PM on Tuesday, February 21. If you are not here by the end of the load-in, you will be relocated and you will lose your current location permanently.

All displays, items and equipment with the displays must be related in some way to crop production. Displays will be checked and violations may be asked to be removed.

The International Crop Expo Show and Alerus Center will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, expense, cost, charges, liability, claims and demand occurring or resulting from actions or omissions by the exhibitor in conjunction with the International Crop Expo show. All Exhibitors must agree to comply with all the Alerus Center rules and regulations
