Important Reminders

LOAD IN/OUT

  • All vendors must check in at Entrance 2 prior to loading into the Arena.
  • All vendors must be set-up by 7PM on Tuesday (2.18.25).
  • No booths will be allowed to move-in or set-up on Wednesday morning.
  • Booths that are not set-up by 7PM on Tuesday (2.18.25) will be relocated and will lose their current location permanently.

BOOTHS/EQUIPMENT

  • Your booth number and location will be published on CropExpo.com prior to the show.
  • The show reserves the right to move a vendor if needed.
  • All equipment can be purchased at HERE prior to Feb. 14th, 2025.
  • All equipment must come back undamaged (including stickers on barstools) otherwise a $30 fee will be applied.

SHIPPING

  • Alerus Center will not store your items on site before or after the show.
  • Small packages will be accepted 48 business hours before the event (2.14.25).
  • Please put "Attn: Crop Expo" on any package that is being shipped to the Alerus Center.
  • All equipment and packages must be removed from the facility by 7PM on 02.20.25.

SHOW HOURS

  • Wednesday (19th): 9AM - 5PM
  • Thursday (20th): 9AM - 4PM
  • Small Vendor Load out: 3:30PM
  • Bulk Load Out: 4 - 7PM

OUTSIDE VENDORS

  • All equipment that is displayed on the sidewalk next to the building MUST be removed at the end of the show (2.20.25) by 7PM. If any equipment if still on the sidewalk on Friday morning (2.21.25), the equipment will be towed at owner's expense.
  • All large equipment may be stored in the southwest parking lot until noon on Friday (2.21.25).

BALLROOM/HALLWAY VENDORS

  • All display material must be able to be carried or carted into the ballroom and hallway.
  • Forklifts are NOT allowed on carpet.
  • The ballroom and hallway are carpeted, no additional carpet is needed to rent.
  • Anything going into either one MUST be able to fit through a 6'6" wide by 10' high door opening.

WEATHER ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • If, for some reason, we have to postpone load-in due to weather, an e-mail will be sent out.
  • We will also post on our Facebook page.

BASF BEER GARDEN

  • Located on the concourse. Drink Tickets are available for purchase HERE
  • Hours: Wednesday: 11a-7p and Thursday: 11a-4p

Purchase Equipment

You can find the online order form HERE. If you would like anything additional in your booth (additional power, linens, carpet, café tables, bar stools, etc.) please order by February 14th, 2025, using the online form. If you have filled out the online form in 2024, you will want to use the same login and password. Reminder that ONE (1) 120-volt outlet is included in the price of your booth. We ask that you let us know in advance if you need it, in order to receive power before load in.
