Existing Vendor Registration

Upon submitting the form below, you will be taken to the Alerus Center Portal to make payment for the required $600 deposit and to purchase additional equipment/needs. 

 

The show management reserves the right to accept or refuse an exhibitor's application request and may alter the floor plan at their discretion. All booths come with 1 power outlet. No tables or chairs are provided free or with the booth.

All applications and deposits must be received by Dec. 1st, 2025 or you will lose your space.

BOOTH SPACE: if you wish to have more/less space or a different location, please make a note on what you would like and we will *try* to accommodate.
TOTAL BALANCE: is due on January 6, 2025. All payments are non-refundable.
POWER: (1) 120-volt outlet is included in your booth price. Additional power can be purchased at the Alerus Center Portal once you submit this form.
All vendors must be loaded in by 7:00PM on Tuesday, February 18. If you are not here by the end of the load-in, you will be relocated and you will lose your current location permanently.
All displays, items and equipment with the displays must be related in some way to crop production. Displays will be checked and violations may be asked to be removed.
The International Crop Expo Show and Alerus Center will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, expense, cost, charges, liability, claims and demand occurring or resulting from actions or omissions by the exhibitor in conjunction with the International Crop Expo show. All Exhibitors must agree to comply with all the Alerus Center rules and regulations
