Hunter Pinke

Hunter Pinke is a lifelong North Dakotan who grew up in the rural town of Wishek, ND. While attending Wishek high school, Hunter participated in Class B basketball, 9-man football, track and field, American Legion baseball, FFA, International and State Science Fairs, Science Olympiad, choir, band, piano festivals, drama and speech, He graduated in 2016 as the valedictorian of his class of 18 students.

Hunter went on to pursue a college education from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND. In addition to his studies, Hunter was a tight end on the UND football team and served as team captain for the 2020-2021 season. During his time at UND, Hunter served for three years on the leadership team of the UND Fellowship of Christian Athletes and is devout Christian.

In the winter of 2019, Hunter was injured while skiing in Keystone, Colo. He suffered a severe spinal cord injury and a broken back after a collision with another skier propelled Hunter into a tree. Hunter was airlifted off the mountain and underwent an eight-hour surgery at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Lakewood, Colo. Hunter suffered a complete spinal cord injury, leaving him currently paralyzed from his chest down.

Hunter did his rehabilitation at Craig Hospital in Englewood, Colo.

Hunter returned to the University of North Dakota where he graduated with a bachelors of science in Mechanical Engineering, Hunter currently attends the University of Arizona where he is pursuing a graduate degree in real estate development while also competing on the University of Arizona Wheelchair Basketball Team as team captain.

Hunter’s greatest passions include outdoor recreation in rural North Dakota and Minnesota, participating in or being a fan of any type of athletics, and sharing his story of gratefulness and overcoming adversity throughout the country.

Bobbi Sondreal

Bobbi Sondreal

As a consultant for the Succession and Retirement Planning department, Bobbi assists families working through the complex topics of estate planning, entity planning, and farm transitioning. She also helps monitor the process of planning for retirement and constructing a detailed plan based on the goals and needs of each individual.

Bobbi is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and has been with AgCountry for over five years. She has many years of experience in the financial services industry, including work as a wealth management advisor and ag loan officer. Her attention to detail and passion for serving customers proves essential to meeting customers’ needs.

Bobbi grew up in eastern ND where her family still farms. She graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance. Bobbi and her husband, Derek, live in rural Thompson, ND with their two daughters.

Bobbi serves AgCountry offices in northeast North Dakota and northwest Minnesota: Ada, Cavalier, Crookston, Devils Lake, Fosston, Grafton, Grand Forks, Hallock, Hillsboro, Langdon, Roseau, Thief River Falls, and Warren.

Russ Tweiten

As Senior Vice-President of Succession and Retirement Planning, Russ assists families working through the complex topics of estate planning, entity planning, and farm transitioning. He also helps monitor the process of planning for retirement and constructing a detailed plan based on the goals and needs of each individual.

Russ is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) with over 25 years of experience in financial services. He was raised in the Fargo, ND area and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural economics from North Dakota State University. Prior to AgCountry, Russ worked for two local trust companies as a vice president and trust officer. Russ speaks regularly on the topic of farm and ranch succession planning. He and his wife live outside of Abercrombie, ND and have five children.

Russ serves AgCountry offices in southeast ND and central Minnesota: Detroit Lakes, Fargo, Fergus Falls, Jamestown, LaMoure, Lisbon, Valley City, and Wahpeton. He also serves AgCountry offices in Wisconsin: Marshfield, Medford, Stevens Point, Thorp, and Wausau.
